REFUND POLICY

Problems with your Product?

No worries we are happy to help!

If you should have any problems with one of our products, or you are not satisfied with your Order- don’t be concerned, just contact us regarding a refund or a return of your product and we will find a solution to your Problem.

If you want to return your product, you have 14 Days to do so, starting on the day you bought your Product which you can see on your receipt.

Before you start your return or refund process please contact the Operator first. You then will receive a return number and your return or refund process can start.

For a return please be aware:

 ⁃ The Product has to be in its original packaging

The Product has to be in unused and newly condition

The Product shouldn’t be damaged

The Product has to be returned with its original receipt

The Product has to be returned with its original tags and labels

Shipping charges for return (except for Austria and Germany) have to be paid by the costumer

 

You also have the possibility to exchange your product instead of returning it, if that is more to your liking. 

Exchange requests will be processed and then either accepted or denied.
